La Cucina

Portare amore e benessere in cucina per tutti i bambini.

La cucina interna permette di curare particolarmente l’alimentazione dei bambini, grazie ad un servizio mensa gestito interamente dalla nostra struttura, con la cuoca Giulietta e le sue aiutanti. La nostra cuoca prepara ogni piatto per tutti i bambini della scuola selezionando le materie prime migliori e adottando un sistema di cucina particolarmente salutare, ma allo stesso tempo appetitoso. I piatti sono tutti freschi, perchè tutto il ciclo di preparazione viene gestito direttamente e permette di curare genuinità, qualità e bontà.

Il menù è stato redatto dalla nutrizionista dott.ssa Silvia Rossi, è vidimato e approvato dall’ A.s.l. n.1 di Città di Castello, organo di controllo ufficiale dei prodotti alimentari e dei requisiti strutturali e funzionali della ristorazione collettiva.
I menù seguono i ritmi stagionali al fine di assicurare nutrienti idonei alle condizioni climatiche e ai fabbisogni specifici dell’infanzia: non mancano frutta e verdura, fondamentali per un corretto apporto di vitamine e sali minerali, pesce fresco e carni selezionate ricche di proteine, ma anche carboidrati indispensabili per costituire una riserva energetica immediatamente disponibile per l’organismo.

All’interno della struttura è predisposto e applicato il piano di autocontrollo HACCP.

I nostri fornitori sono affidabili e selezionati e appartengono al territorio: Italcash, Spedire, Donna Eleonora, Vagnoli, Il Castellano.
